A
plain kitchen goes from average to “Amazing”
This outdated
kitchen needed an overhaul! The old oak cabinets, slide-in oven/cooktop,
free-standing refrigerator and limited eat-in bar with tile countertops
did not suit the two wonderful cooks who love to dine and entertain
here.
So out with
the old – in with the new! Beautiful cherry wood cabinets replaced
the outdated oak ones. Built-in wall ovens, warming drawer, and integrated
panel Sub-Zero refrigerator are combined with an accenting Butler’s
Pantry cabinet piece with contrasting countertop.
The one-level
granite bar counter and cooktop peninsula give the area a much more
grand and open feel... new windows above the cabinetry add lots of
fill light, while unique decorative lighting, custom barstools, and
a stone flooring inlay in new hardwood floors combine to create the
new dramatic effect.
