A
Common Kitchen Goes "Old World"
This kitchen
originally had non-descript cabinetry, appliances, and flooring.
By replacing the tile flooring with warm toned, hand-scraped hardwood,
a rich foundation was established to build upon. Gleaming, stainless
steel, commercial- grade appliances mix with such Old World touches
as turned posts, cabinetry pilasters, rope crown moulding, and antique
seeded glass. Butcher block prep. counters pair up with granite and
tumbled stone to finalize the transition.
